General Terms and Conditions
1) At our resort, you should have fun and enjoy the pleasures of life, remembering to smile, be kind, and be considerate of other guests.
2) Check-in begins at 3:00 PM (arrival) and ends at 11:00 AM (departure).
Earlier arrivals or late departures are possible if there are no overlapping reservations – of course, by prior arrangement with us.
Up to two hours are free of charge, while stays longer than two hours will be charged at half the daily rate applicable during the given season.
3) Reservations can be made by email at kontakt@chata-w-rabce.pl or via the contact form on the home page.
In the email, please provide: – first and last name of the person making the reservation,
– duration of the planned stay,
– contact phone number
Reservations can also be made online on our website, in the reservations tab. To see the availability of all our cottages and apartments, please select the “calendar” view after selecting your stay dates.
4) During the summer season, we prefer stays of no less than 4 days, preferably a week or longer. Shorter stays are possible if there is a short gap in the bookings.
5) As a rule, we do not rent for one night – the minimum stay is two nights. If you absolutely need to stay with us for just one night, please expect a higher price – see the price list. Single-night rentals are only available after contacting us by email or phone.
6) We are always open to negotiating the price.
7) A provisional reservation is valid for three days as standard (longer stays are negotiable). During this time, we require a deposit. The deposit amount will be specified via email – it is typically for one night, and for online reservations, approximately 30% of the total stay. The account number to which the deposit should be paid will be provided by email. The deposit is non-refundable.
By shortening your reservation, the guest is obligated to cover the cost of the stay according to the basic rate and 70% of the unused stay according to the basic rate.
Please book carefully. This offer is generally non-refundable! In the event of a no-show or cancellation less than 14 days before the scheduled start date, guests will be required to cover 70% of the amount for the booked but unused stay. Payment must be made no later than the last day of your planned stay, and the deposit is non-refundable, but will be applied towards the total amount due.
8) Please leave the rental cottages and apartments in the same condition in which you found them.
9) Please notify us immediately of any damage or malfunctioning equipment. If a guest damages any of the apartment’s furnishings or the cottage itself, we reserve the right to charge the guest for the cost of repairs or the equivalent of the purchase price of the damaged item. We recommend private liability insurance, which usually allows for cashless settlement of damages with the insurer.
10) Smoking is prohibited in all apartments and rooms.
11) Children should always be supervised by an adult on playgrounds and by the pools.
12) Only charcoal or wood briquettes should be used for grilling in the gazebo. Purchase your own.
13) We encourage guests to socialize in our community. A fire pit, grill, or other amenities are designed to bring people together. You don’t have to wait for someone to finish grilling. If there’s room on the grill, join in. If you’re grilling and someone wants to join, don’t throw them away!
14) Feel free to ask any questions, and if something’s missing, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
