High season: June, July, August, and winter break, Christmas, Epiphany, Easter, May Day weekend, Corpus Christi, and other long weekends.

ATTENTION! Prices quoted are per cottage/per night.
An additional fee of PLN 80 applies for each additional person (including infants) exceeding the nominal number of guests.
The minimum rental period is 2 days, and 4 days during summer and winter break periods.
In exceptional cases, we may agree to rent the cottage for one night, but in such cases, we will add a service fee of half the price for one night, but no less than PLN 120.
Regardless of the season, if the cottage is rented for only two nights, for example, for a weekend, the high season prices apply.
Prices do not include the resort tax, which in Rabka is PLN 5.50 per person for each full day of stay.
We issue VAT invoices.

We provide firewood and it is included in the price.
After making a reservation and confirming availability for your chosen date, please pay a non-refundable deposit. The deposit is usually equivalent to one day’s stay, but depending on the length of stay and season, it may be higher. You will receive payment details and the deposit amount via email. We will wait a maximum of 5 business days for the deposit, after which the provisional reservation will be canceled.
By shortening your reservation, the guest is obligated to cover the cost of the entire stay according to the basic rate and 80% of the unused stay according to the basic rate.
Please book carefully. This offer is generally non-refundable! In the event of a no-show or cancellation less than 14 days before the scheduled start date, guests will be required to cover 80% of the total amount for the unused stay. Payment must be made no later than the last day of the planned stay. The deposit is non-refundable, but will be applied towards the remaining balance.

2) Additional cleaning with linen change: PLN 200
3) Additional crib (for an infant): PLN 10/day
4) Bathtub, highchair: PLN 20/piece/per stay
5) Transfers from the train station/airport – price determined individually
6) Sauna: PLN 80 per use and for the first 30 minutes, then PLN 1.50 per minute (reserved at least one hour in advance)
7) Hot tub with jacuzzi: PLN 150 per use and for the first hour, then PLN 50 for each additional hour (reserved at least one day in advance)
The prices listed are always negotiable. It’s important that both parties are satisfied!
