We offer you a relaxing stay in our newest and most luxurious cottage, built of wood and other eco-friendly materials. The cottage opened in early July 2020. The cottage’s décor is crafted from reclaimed wood, and the kitchen furniture is made of solid oak boards. The entire unit is unique and very stylish, almost fairytale-like (as befits a cottage in the Fairytale Settlement).

In the cottage, we have prepared a comfortable and luxuriously furnished apartment for you, consisting of a living room with a kitchenette and bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms located in the attic. The cottage is fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals. There is a large refrigerator and a three-burner gas stove, a Delta capsule coffee machine (Biedronka), and a microwave. All dishes, cutlery, pots, and essential kitchen accessories are provided. The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable walk-in shower. Although it’s just a bathroom, you’re sure to love its decor, especially the illuminated onyx sink on a reclaimed wood cabinet.

The cottage has a total area of ​​approximately 60 m² and is designed to sleep 6 people. The bedrooms feature double beds, one with a children’s sofa bed, and the other with a stunning bed located right under the roof, accessible via a ladder. Those who don’t enjoy climbing stairs will find a large double sofa bed in the living room. The cottage is the only one in our settlement with a beautiful, large balcony overlooking the pool and gazebo. Next to the cottage, beneath the balcony, is a large terrace with a table and chairs.

Heating is provided by electric heaters, but our cottage also features a fireplace, which not only provides additional warmth but also makes evenings in the cottage, especially on chilly days, even more charming with flickering flames and crackling logs. For the comfort of our guests, we have also installed an efficient split-system air conditioning system in the cottage, which is invaluable on hot summer days. It can also be used as an additional heating source.

We have installed a 32-inch TV with a smart function in the cottage, enabling digital reception of all terrestrial television programs. There is also a radio with an auxiliary input.

Guests of the cottage have access to the internet via Wi-Fi, with an excellent signal from their own router. Parking with a separate entrance is available directly next to the cottage.
