A house on wheels – a gypsy wagon for a family of 2+1
Live in a genuine, luxuriously equipped gypsy wagon. This wagon, with an area of over 15 m², was custom-built, like the previous one, by a professional company specializing in the construction of horse-drawn carriages.
The wagon is located on a fenced, beautifully situated plot in a quiet neighborhood, adjacent to a development of fairytale wooden summer houses.
The wagon offers accommodation for two adults and one child. Inside, you’ll find a stunning and unique pedestal bed (140 x 200 cm) and a custom-made chaise longue, perfect for a child to sleep comfortably. The sleeping area on the chaise longue measures 75 x 180 cm. The van is equipped with a functional bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The van features interesting and exceptionally original furniture, converted from genuine antiques – an open wardrobe for outerwear and a spacious chest of drawers. There’s also a stylish table at which you can enjoy coffee or tea.
Of course, the van also features a 32-inch LED TV. Digital terrestrial television channels are available. WiFi internet access is available.
Elegant linens and towels are included in the price.
For our guests’ convenience, we’ve placed another van with kitchen facilities next to the van. Here, you’ll find a full-size kitchen with tables, a large refrigerator, and a gas stove with an electric oven.
All dishes, pots, plates, and cutlery are provided, making it easy to prepare your own meals.
Next to the kitchen, there’s a laundry room with an ironing board and iron. On the other side of the caravan is a Finnish dry sauna, while outside we’ve installed a garden jacuzzi (a so-called Russian banya) equipped with hot air aeration and colorful LED lighting.
Guests can enjoy the summer swimming pool (10 x 4.5 m), the fireplace, and the spacious gazebo with a barbecue.

We cannot accommodate more than two adults and one child. Pets are also not allowed.
